I decided to start this blog in summer 2011 to document all of my baking projects. I have an interest in baking and photography, so Sprinkle Charms is an outlet for two of my favorite activities. I read many online blogs about both baking and photography, so I get most of my inspiration from other foodie bloggers. I have taken all of the photos on this blog using my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XSi. I photograph all of my desserts on my kitchen table next to windows that let in natural sunlight.
I am currently a college student, and when I am not in the kitchen, I enjoy running (good thing - how else could I eat so many baked goods?). I have run the Columbus Marathon, the Richmond Half Marathon, the Capital City Half Marathon, and the Chicago Spring Half Marathon. I have one younger sister and a cat named Talulah. I never turn down a frosted cupcake - especially if it has sprinkles!
